By accessing or using Level ("Service"), operated by Level LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
Level is a business management platform designed for service professionals, including handymen, contractors, and similar trades. Our Service provides invoicing, estimates, client management, job tracking, and payment processing capabilities.
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Level offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Our Service integrates with Stripe for payment processing. When you accept payments through Level, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party payment processing. Transaction fees may apply as specified in your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Level LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using our Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Level LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before termination.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
